I am truly shocked and disappointed. Based on the good reviews, I felt confident ordering flowers for my daughter’s baby shower. However, my experience was terrible. As an older woman who doesn’t know much about flowers, I asked a few questions and was only to be met with rudeness and attitude from a young man named Vinny. I left feeling upset and embarrassed. No customer should be treated this way.
The owner is extremely rude and impatient over the phone
Vinnie created an outstanding arrangement for our friend's funeral. The wreath was beautiful,the nicest arrangement there. Thank you so much.
