Atmosphere, Service and food, perfect on my special night. – My friends took me to this somewhat new restaurant for my birthday and I must say it was a very memorable experience. Our table was greeted very warmly by a charming gentleman named Will. Will informed us of the specials of the evening and took our drink order. Don't waste your time... – My wife and I went to Biagio on a Sunday night. First we sat at the bar for almost 15 minutes before the bartender offered to take our drink order. We proceeded to sit down ordered our diner and wine, all of which was average. We each ordered dessert, we new right away that my wife did not receive the right dessert. Great. Good Service. Very Friendly. – I've been to Biagio's 4 times now and the food just keeps getting better. The service is very friendly and the only issues I've seen are with 'High Maintenance' people. Great Pork chops, excellent parms and always a new special to try. The upstairs bar is a great place to have a drink before dinner, even if you are having dinner someplace else. The deck is great in the summer!
Finally an authentic italian restaurant in Waltham! – Wow. In a nutshell that is how I would explain my experience at Biagio's. The service was excellent, the ambiance perfect, and the food...mmm yummy! My husband had the Veal Parm and loved it, I has the eggplant and the calamari...delicious! Thank you to the owners anthony and Joey for paying such special attention to my husband and I. Having dinner there to celebrate our first anniversary was very special.
Don't risk it!!! – The food here is beautiful, but the service gets worse and worse. The other night our waitress disappeared for a half hour without explanation. When we asked, she had some story about a computer glitch - (though that didn't explain why we never got our drinks or bread...) And the waitress could have at least been nice about it or offered a free drink or something... An isolated incident is one thing, but service "glitches" are par for the course at Biagio. Poor service and below average food, but the roof deck is nice – When my wife and I went to check out Biagio for dinner on a weeknight, we had no great expectations, but nonetheless it was a disappointing experience. The new interior is nicely done in some ways, but quite gaudy, too, complete with faux brick walls, painted ceilings and weird statues. We'd hoped to have dinner outside on the roof deck. I had the pleasure of dining at Biagio this past week. We had a wonderful experience, from friendly and professional waitstaff, lovely surroundings, to amazing food. I had the Sea Scallops with Limoncello-Chocolate Risotto and asparagus and my friend had an amazing Tuna. I can't wait to go back. Biagio is a wonderful addition to Waltham.
Sophisticated, and fun restaurant on Moody St. – My husband and I will definitely be back again after our dinner this past Thursday night. We wanted to go somewhere that wasn't just another boring old restaurant. We had reservations for 8:00, we had drinks at the bar before sitting down, great crowd. Bad dining experience at Biagio – I was completely shocked by the dining experience that I had at Biagio's. My husband and I went to the restaurant without a reservation on a Friday night. We were told the wait would be about 30 minutes, but 30 minutes turned into an hour before we were seated. The hostess kept "losing" her waiting list and had trouble keeping track of who should be seated next.
