Like others, I have a similar experience picking up from here. I arrived here 15 minutes before the appointment time, only to find out their computer systems were down with no knowledge of when they would be back up. It was 30 minutes after appointment time before they came back up and that caused a mad dash of drivers going to get checked in creating a huge line. Plenty of room to backup,quick check in40min before appointment. Quiet overnight parking
Arrived at 10:30am for 11am appointment. Checked in at 10:35 and immediately assigned a door. 11:20 i was loaded and departed at 11:30am. Fast friendly staff. Clean restrooms. I found out they have overnight parking Mon-Thurs!!
