No complaints from me got a dock door upon check-in and unloaded within 30min. Very clean bathrooms for the ladies. Overnight parking although I didn't need it.
Like others, I have a similar experience picking up from here. I arrived here 15 minutes before the appointment time, only to find out their computer systems were down with no knowledge of when they would be back up. It was 30 minutes after appointment time before they came back up and that caused a mad dash of drivers going to get checked in creating a huge line.
