For the life of me I can't understand if a driver is on time with a delivery why would your employees be more concerned with a trailer at a dock door that is going to be there overnight versus the truck driver whose clock is running Make it make sense...

Terrible Experience – Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Staff This place is absolutely unacceptable. The staff, especially on the night shift, are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and show zero respect to truck drivers. They go out of their way to make the process as difficult and frustrating as possible. I’ve been on the road for years, and I’ve never seen anything this outrageous. Do not book load for pick up this place will leave you all day and night parked and after 15 hours tell you they cannot load you very unorganized place dont book loads from here
10 hrs and counting. Never ever ever ever again.. 2 forklift drivers. Full crap of local drivers, they jump in front, pepsi,nfi and all others.. worst place to get loaded This place cost me 4000$ loads to aurora. And broker pay me 150$ for 10 hrs wait time. I will be posting every day until my anger stops. This place need to be shut down not worth any penny . 50 dock 2 working and 2 forklift drivers. Avoid avoid avoid. Thats all am gona say. AVOID
