I was so excited to try this stylist after seeing photos of their work, but I left extremely disappointed. I asked for just a trim, and she kept insisting on cutting more because she thought my hair was “too long and heavy.” I repeatedly said I only wanted a trim. I asked for longer bangs, and even after saying “no, longer,” she cut them much shorter than I wanted. When cutting the back, she showed me about an inch, and I agreed—she 3 inches off instead.
