If I could give zero stars I would. He Dropped his equipment down my steps and broke a tread (and never fixed it) then tried to unclog the wrong drain. Finally he tried to unclog the right drain, left and we discovered it was not unclogged. He would not come back even after the $225 charge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They may be getting a small claims court appearance in the mail soon. Absolutely awful!
