Chance is great guy!
Poor work and horribly overpriced. Started work and then refused to finish, demanding more money than the agreed amount. Broke glass all over, spilled mortar on sidewalk, dumped personal trash in my recycling bin, sloppy fills between blocks, cut up my garden plants so they could come in a back way through the yard, left the walls gaping open for months so animals got in and destroyed equipment and then charged $100 apiece to reset each glass block (ones that were already previously used in the wall— NOT new!)
