Got my D.O.T. Physical Exam here for my CDL. Got me in same day I called. Very nice staff and provided me with a copy of my medical form and a laminated wallet card. Very Affordable. I highly recommend. I was very impressed with how nice they were.
Received my DOT Physicals, any required company DOT Drug Testing, & random Breath Alcohol Test at this office. Got right in at my appointment time. Very Professional.
