They're always closing at random times I believe due to staffing issues. They also take forever to fill even basic prescriptions. Very anxiety inducing when you have a child who needs medicine like insulin. Pick literally any other pharmacy.

Switch pharmacies if you can. They told me multiple times my prescription would be ready in 24 hours and each time it was not. Then I come in and unfortunately have the rude and unhelpful worker and he tells me that I need a new prescription and the whole time was just pushing off my medication. Bi-mart no longer has it's own pharmacy. The pharmacy is owned by Walgreen's. You can't buy any Bi-mart items at the pharmacy, nor can you buy the prescriptions at any other register.
When this was actually a Bi-Mart pharmacy they were great! As long as they had my prescription available I would get it here. Since they have transitioned to Walgreens I wish I could give zero stars. Nothing but problems from the first encounter. The new people are improperly trained and unable to give any decent customer service. If there is an opportunity for failure they took it.
