Switched from Rite Aid at Medford Center to Bi Mart. Very friendly and accommodating. Rite Aid is just too much work w/multiple trips to complete a prescription. AND Bi Mart is employee owned, west coast company. Love them!
I called to find out how long an item would be on sale. The service people were not only friendly, but went out of their way to accommodate me. Very nice.
The service is terrible. They are way behind the times. Get with it!
