Battling moderately high cholesterol for most of my life I’ve tried many things along the way. Easiest and best diet I have ever done by far! When Kristen asked me my blood type and informed me that I am suppose to be Vegan, I’ll admit I was like no way in my head. I love meat and the fat on a good steak.
