Dr. Bhugra likely won’t see you outside of the hospital. You’ll play musical chairs trying to get assistance when calling for anything but to schedule an appointment. The staff assured me that they had shared time sensitive documentation with my Personal Care Provider, and that ended up being a lie. The bad rating and reviews are 100% warranted, if you want care after the initial hospital visit I urge you to look elsewhere.
I never got to meet with Dr Bhugra even tho I was his patient since 2020! He always sent in a "nurse", never himself. I have serious lung issues and finally opted to find a caring doctor who actually sees me! Best decision I've ever made was to walk out of his filthy office!
I'm sorry to see such poor reviews. We have never experienced any issues with the administration staff. They were always on top of things! Returned calls. Excellent customer service skills. Dr Bhugra is a great doctor. Anytime I needed to speak with him he took time to call me personally and allowed me time without feeling rushed. His manner is warm, friendly, professional and explained everything so it was easy to understand. We had a great experience with this office and Dr. Bhugra.
I can honestly say I am at my last straw with this doctors office. After today's conversation with one of the associates in the office I feel that they truly don't care about their patients. They can no longer be trusted and the doctor himself had truly only spoken to me twice. He paens me off on his partners and that is totally unprofessional.
It took 3 months for them to schedule me. Saying they never got my referral, then they said they misplaced it and preferred to have it faxed not sent electronically. Dr was very rude and spent all of 5 minutes getting medical history and background as to why I wa there. I had to call and get my auth as waiting for them only delayed me being seen.
