This place has been nothing but trouble for me. Not only is it impossible to get ahold of my doctor, it’s also impossible to get them to care about my concerns. I have a history of pregnancy loss and my PCP told me “I think you’re stressing too much” when I fell pregnant after back to back losses and was vulnerable with her about my worries. Completely awful birth, due to MFM never following up on a condition on my ultrasounds I had a really bad hemorrhage, then for weeks after birth I kept reaching out thinking something was wrong with my bleeding (they kept telling me it was my period) turns out it was more products of conception coming out, and more recently dealing with postpartum issue they still will not return my call or offer help. Sorry, this is a bit of a paragraph it could’ve been worse. I had a lot to say about what happened, but I made it as short as possible and I’d like to say, always put yourself first. Don’t let doctors officers treat you like this go somewhere else If you feel uncomfortable ever I’m not even sure what to put honestly it has been days since it happened. Wish I could leave 0 stars!! Can’t ever get anyone to call you back. I’ve left a message with the OB coordinator and the practice manager. Never got a call back. They don’t ever answer the phones either. Accused me of missing my appointment with the Dr and I didn’t I even signed and dated a paper for them so maybe they should check their records. I wish I could find a different OB but I’m too far along to switch now.
