I had 2 babies in the past year, so I have dealt with both offices a lot in the past 2 years. Most of the people I've seen, including the receptionists and coordinators, have been great! Devon Swanson is my absolute favorite and I highly, highly recommend her- you'll love her! Laurie Powell is fantastic too!! I docked 2 stars solely based on my experiences with Dr. Leonard. I had a great experience at this office during my pregnancy. The staff members were all very nice and accommodating when i would bring my other child. They also run pretty much on time which is much appreciated!! I love Dr. Skakalski and can’t recommend her enough!
My daughter and I r new to Butler area and we made appointment at her New Castle office And her and her staff are amazing....
Dr Skakalski will always be the best of the best. Her bedside manner is fantastic and she takes the time to make sure her patients understand and are okay. BHS however could use some work. They mess up Apts, call back late, and never answer the phone. I suggest using the portal right to your Dr!!
