Good luck getting an appointment this office doesn’t answer their phone if they do they tell you they have to call you back and never do.
Had an appt yesterday due to cysts found in my kidneys after feeling like I had kidney stones or a kidney infection. I was hoping for some reassurance that all was OK. All I felt was crazy for even being there. I felt dismissed and stupid once I left.
My pcp sent a referral over a month ago. No one called to schedule the appointment. My pcp called twice and I called 3 times. I was repeatedly told that my referral hadn't been reviewed yet. The schedulers were less than friendly. They seem frustrated and not happy. After a month of waiting, I had my pcp refer to an AHN doctor. AHN called the very next day to set up an appt. If it took over a month just to review the referral, I would not be comfortable with the care at the Independence Urologists. So sad since I am a long t... read more
Appt this week. Minimal wait time. Dr. Traub was polite n informative. Staff was very professional n accommodating.
