Good luck getting an appointment this office doesn’t answer their phone if they do they tell you they have to call you back and never do. If you do get an appointment they’ll tell you what’s wrong with you then tell you to kick rocks but to come back and pay them more if you keep having problems. I had 5 visits before I caught on to the scheme hearing the same script from different doctors.

The office staff here is clueless. Cancelled our appointment 1 hr before we were to be there and we are an hour drive away. Rescheduled for the following day only to arrive and be told we don't have an appointment. Tried to say it was cancelled the day before and they called. They obviously didn't add us for the next day. The solution is to sit and wait till they *work us in"!!! When asked how long she said "later"!!!

I was supposed to be seen within 5-7 days of my ER discharge. I called 3 days in a row just to get the same response of "the doctor will review your records and we will call back to schedule." It has been well over a week and I never heard back from them to this date. Instead, I got an appointment in that time frame with AHN. I highly recommend avoiding anything IHS if possible. Very unprofessional.
