I don’t think a doctor is actually working here , 2 years in a row… annual exam ..:. Waited and hour after hour the start time and left after never seeing or hearing a person. Folks at the front desk didn’t hesitate to refund me … seems like it happens allot
Sheena is so caring and thorough. Takes her time. Listens and answers all questions. Highly recommend.

Normally my experiences here are fine, but today was not. I had an appointment with Gretchen and we were discussing my anxiety and depression. I let her know that the election was one of the reasons it has been so bad lately. She started discussing politics and saying both sides are lying and leaving certain context out of it. She then proceeded to talk about Elon Musk at the inauguration and how he was giving his heart out to people, while she did the same exact sign TWICE. I have been going here for my primary care for almost 1 year. The physicians are very good. I credit my PCP for a year of good health after 2 years of illness. The IHS for making appointments is terrible! I use the app whenever possible to make my appointments. It shows the days and times available. It is easier. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because of IHS Scheduling does have a long wait time.
