I'd rather start traveling to a different office than come here. There's no doubt that my condition has gotten worse because of this practice. The treatment provided at this location is honestly disappointing.
No stars would be given if possible. I have been looking for a new PCP since July (possibly before) of last year, but have been dealing with multiple medical issues/appointments/specialist doctors, had a double cancer scare, not to mention the death of 4 pets, and an Aunt and Uncle and haven't had time. Grief is not kind. Which leads me to, this practice is extremely unprofessional. I specifically do not recommend Kim Pierce, or Jordan Barley, as they do not follow their Oath of "do no harm." Absolutely dreadful. They refuse to give medical exemptions for documented mental health conditions unless you are on their drugs but they’ll threaten you with Crisis due to the condition that is affecting you. What a way to try to make things worse for individuals.
Dr. Hertel is best at this office! I dislike the other physicians. Dr. Hertel cares for her patients!
