It's a place I go to check on my ulcer Dr Brian is the best
Dec 2024 worst care by the staff. They sit at their spinning in there chairs instead of keeping up to date as ro whether dr is on time or running late. Kept in waiting room for an hour waiting for my vaccine. I walked out to front desk to day I was leaving and the nurse is running out of the back room with my vaccine after me. Then today June 17th waited in room for Dr who never showed up after an hour. Nurses sitting at desk spinning in chairs talking and never told me about dr running 1hr 15 mins late.
The most useless and negligent primary care providers I’ve ever experienced. They will not listen to you or believe a word you say, especially as a young chronically ill person. Butler is the closest health system to me but I’ll be going out of my way to go to UPMC from now on. They’re the only ones who have ever helped me and I had to BEG for referrals from my pcp in the first place because I’m “young and healthy” and “she wasn’t concerned” (I then got diagnosed with sleep apnea, ehlers danlos, POTS, and endometriosis withi... read more
I recently had a procedure at Benbrook Surgery. I cannot express enough how good I felt being there. From registration to all the patient care people, Lucinda was my nurse and she was fantastic. Dr Jancosky performed the procedure as well as spoke with me before and after. She's pretty cool. The recovery nurse was awesome as well. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name. Last but not least the escort who took me to the car was great. I highly recommend this team of professionals !!
The absolute worst care I have ever received. Refusing to see me in person if I’m sick, not having covid or strep tests on site, failure to call me regarding blood test results, failure to give me advise on how to treat myself because of the results, not only that but upon leaving the office - the desk associate who gave me my discharge paperwork also provided me with another patients information. I will NEVER go back, these people simply do not care about the well being of their patients.
