I've had nothing but positive interactions with this company. Bruce found me on a community Facebook post while I was out looking for recommendations for a sump pump and water softener. Generally I do not like that sort of "marketing" but after talking with him, I felt no pressure and his pricing was very competitive. He asked me to connect with the office for further questions or concerns. When I did, I spoke with Megan and she was even more help than Bruce.
