Dr Prieato prescribed a medication and then turns around and doesn’t do prior authorizations. Heb-$1500 but with my insurance and prior authorization $31. A VITAMIN he suggested instead $35. From what I read online prescription is way better than the vitamin. All he has to do is make a call to my insurance. My insurance said that they’d never heard of a doctor prescribing something and then not doing prior authorizations. I must say, I haven’t either.

Dr Izfar is a awesome surgeon and very dependable. She does excellent work in her field. God bless her with the ability to be one of the greater surgeon I have every meet in her line of work. I really appreciate everything she has done for me and is very caring and listen to her patients needs. I recommend to any family members & friends any time. She works from sun up and sun down making sure her patients is taking care. Mrs. Hubbard
