Why is that receptionist still there. She has multiple horrible reviews! I went there a couple weeks ago for blood work, they were horrible to me! The receptionist literally rolled her eyes at me, was extremely rude, and in my opinion unprofessional because of how rude she was. Took my papers out of my hand pretty rough. My disabled husband went there today for X-rays. She refused to do them due to him not having his papers. His pain management Dr would have faxed them over but would not give him no time to do it. phone service terrible, front desk terrible! but everyone in the back is great! They found the vein like nothing blood was done in what felt like 2 seconds. amazing job!
I accompanied my friend today for some blood work, knowing that she sometimes feels faint after getting blood drawn and there was a possibility I would need to drive her home. We went to room 100 for the outpatients survives and the receptionist was unprofessional and rude on the phone when we were being seen.
