I accompanied my friend today for some blood work, knowing that she sometimes feels faint after getting blood drawn and there was a possibility I would need to drive her home. We went to room 100 for the outpatients survives and the receptionist was unprofessional and rude on the phone when we were being seen. Don't bother going here if you're sick, everything is diagnosed as a virus.
Took my husband there today for an earache and headache. He did not tell her anything about a head injury, he said an earache. She automatically told him that he was being sent to grove city hospital to be evaluated for a head injury and to get a CT scan. We were there for maybe a total of 20 minutes. Cost me 50 dollars just to be sent to the er then 120 more there. It was diagnosed as otitis externa no CT. Scan needed just an antibiotic and drops. Very disappointed in this place
