Took my husband there today for an earache and headache. He did not tell her anything about a head injury, he said an earache. She automatically told him that he was being sent to grove city hospital to be evaluated for a head injury and to get a CT scan. We were there for maybe a total of 20 minutes. Cost me 50 dollars just to be sent to the er then 120 more there. It was diagnosed as otitis externa no CT. Scan needed just an antibiotic and drops. Very disappointed in this place

Walked out today because the front desk lady had a horrible attitude and is extremely rude. She got angry because she couldn’t read a doctor’s signature then huffed and puffed because she had to take an extra step in the computer. I waited 10 min and left because she clearly doesn’t know how to do her job. I get having a bad day, but being so miserable that you go out of your way to give someone a hard time is wild. I went to the butler location and had 1000X better experience.

The customer service on the phone was absolutely terrible! I called because I left a water bottle and the person of the phone was so rude. I had appointment there earlier in the morning and I left a water bottle. I called and asked if someone could get it and the first thing the person said was that I wasn't at that doctors office today. I explained I was getting a check up and then she told me to call my office.
