This office went above and beyond on their every day imaging. Everyone was Wonderful and Patient! Extra Points given to Megan for her empathy and understanding with my sister who is a 60 yoa patient with challenges Physically and Mentally. Megan was unaware of what she was signing up for and she was unbelievable! My sister has been to “many” apts recently and this is the “First” to show concern for her as a person w/multiple issues. I just went for the first time to this place IRG Imaging Cranberry. My first and last!!! 😡 I needed to have a Dexa Scan and I called this place about a month ago to make an appointment. The person on the phone told me that I didn’t need an appointment since they worked until 5:00pm So I needed to arrive by 4:30pm. Ok. I went to work and at 4 o’clock 😄I got in the car ready to go to this location in Cranberry. The staff was amazing. I’m extremely claustrophobic!! They have a open sided unit I was able to get a MRI. I highly recommend them !!
I just had an EKG here. I am so impressed with how quickly I was in and out. The staff were very polite and friendly. I will make sure to come here whenever I may need medical imaging services!
