Went here for the first time for an MRI of the lumbar. I was able to get an appointment within a week. Once my insurance approved it. I was taken right away after I filled out additional paperwork to the back . Erin took Great care of me from the moment she wheeled me back to the MRI room. She was friendly & interested in my history of what was going on with my hip. I was there for a lumbar spine MRI since the pain was so bad I was in a wheelchair she made sure that I was able to get to the table and on it OK. She wanted to ... read more
Convenient, friendly, knowledgeable.
Kind, friendly, knowledgeable, make sure you are comfortable, reassuring. No chance to 'enjoy' their lovely waiting room because.....ta-da...you don't get to do any serious waiting! Can't say enough nice about them. When my husband needed an MRI, I called Seven Fields IHS outpatient services for him, too! He also thought they were great.
This office went above and beyond on their every day imaging. Everyone was Wonderful and Patient! Extra Points given to Megan for her empathy and understanding with my sister who is a 60 yoa patient with challenges Physically and Mentally. Megan was unaware of what she was signing up for and she was unbelievable! My sister has been to “many” apts recently and this is the “First” to show concern for her as a person w/multiple issues.
