Called to speak to nurse or office staff #5 option, the phone was picked up and the woman said endo please hold, I said of course. I was left on hold for almost 14 minutes then the phone was picked up and hung up on me. I called back no answer left voice mail that I was upset about being on hold, hung up on then no answer. Call back from office I ask why that happened girl was short and not concerned. Butler, Independence Health you need to do better.

Racheal is the best. Always answers any of my questions throughly and explains things as indepth as I need. The office staff always goes above and beyond to help me. And I'm always seen promptly.
I really like all the staff I've met here so far. Taylor was very sweet and helpful
I had a great appointment .Had lab work done following ,but it has been over 1mo.and still do not know my redults..I have called for my results 3 x's...still no answers......?? Disappointed in follow up.
