I love dr. Craig. She is absolutely amazing. She has saved my life. They're very kind. An incredibly intelligent and,very knowledgeable. I have been a diabetic for 31yrs. Thank u to the endocrinologist.
Just don't bother. Have requested a call multiple times over several weeks, not one time has there been any communication at all!! Keep looking and hope for better health care. If there were an option for 0 stars that would 💯 be the review.
I came to this office for adrenal insufficiency and metabolic syndrome. Instead of addressing those concerns the majority of my appointment was spent on matters completely unrelated to why I was there. Dr. Martin committed to ordering brain imaging and follow up blood work during our appointment. Neither was ever ordered. When I attempted to correct an inaccuracy in my clinical notes the hospital's response was to involve legal counsel before even hearing my side of the story. I have been working with Rachael for the past year and my results have been outstanding! I feel coming here was the best I could have done for health.
Excuses, blatant lies, and overall apathy.... Paperwork promised on a date and they don't even have it started on the pickup day. THEN making excuses and changing what they said to make them look better. Whatever happened to patient care and quality of care baffles me. This is a body shop designed to treat people like cattle and crunch you through the system. Time to start looking for a new Endo again.... Absolutely worthless
