Dr.Srivastva is a great doctor but his staff is very ignorant I’ve been seen this doctor for years but after this experience with his staff I think I’ll find a new doctor which I told his staff and they told me that’s fine go find a new doctor .
Tried to make an appointment and kept getting busy signals. If not busy then it was answering service saying they are closed or at lunch. A day later I finally was able to reach a live person and she proceeded to put me on hold without even letting me speak for over 15 minutes with no check in or anything!! I give up!! They clearly do not need the business. Very disappointing…

Very difficult to work with this office. The phone is always busy and when you do finally get a hold of someone they seem bothered and aggravated to have to deal with you. I've been in office and have witnessed the receptionist put patients on hold so that they can have personal conversations with each other. You also have to wait months to get an appointment and if you get any type of testing you have wait many more months to get the results. The Dr.s are fine but the office staff is horrible.
