I was very happy with the prompt and excellent service that we got with their service technician, Steven. Not only did he fix our problem with the zone valve and thermostat, but he also gave us tips on how to manage our heater more efficiently.
I only interacted with a representative from this company over the phone, and I asked some questions about the service details, such as whether they would need access to the building, if I should be present during the service, and whether they planned to check the drain stack. Representative was answering in rude and irritated manner, and eventually just stated, "You are not paying for this; the property manager is paying, and we weren’t asked to check the stack." Love that this company allows its vans to block access ramps. This is in spruce Grove if you would like to follow up with the thoughtless driver.
Awesome! Came out in the cold snap, got the furnace up and running after it died. Super polite and communicative. Big shout out to Peter the techician, very friendly and got things done under pressure with no complaints.
