Be aware that they charge unexpected and hidden fees, they also provide incorrect billing and they are unwilling to address billing errors, they charge for overtime without your consent and they are so greedy.

This company was awful to deal with in my experience. I purchased a second-hand house in January 2025 and wanted a technician to simply inspect the hot water tank anode rod for me as I wanted to know how the previous owners maintained it. Tech arrived and shortly after looking at the tank he said "This tank is seized up, it's 11yrs old. Even by using a torch, I can't get this tank open to inspect the anode rod. My advice to you is to use the water tank as-is and when it dies just replace the entire tank. We won't charge you ... read more

I was very happy with the prompt and excellent service that we got with their service technician, Steven. Not only did he fix our problem with the zone valve and thermostat, but he also gave us tips on how to manage our heater more efficiently.

I only interacted with a representative from this company over the phone, and I asked some questions about the service details, such as whether they would need access to the building, if I should be present during the service, and whether they planned to check the drain stack. Representative was answering in rude and irritated manner, and eventually just stated, "You are not paying for this; the property manager is paying, and we weren’t asked to check the stack."
