First of all terrible customer service! Showroom run by 20 year olds with zero knowledge. Main director/boss doesn’t care about customer complaints. Non-existent communication when it comes to customers complaints. Received rude emails from these guys. And also know how they will sell you “your dream car”- to which has endless faults with it.. and then not return emails or calls to customers in regard to helping with said issues ! Avoid at all costs unless you want to have your vehicle in the garage more that the pleasure of driving it !!
Brilliant service. From the time I first heard back to the time I had the car delivered was only a 4 day period and I had my viewing and test drive booked in for the very next day. The whole process was fast and easy and all questions were answered. The car is in mint condition too, very happy with it. I would highly recommend BHP.
I saw the car on the Sunday on line. Left a message and the Director called back and took a deposit. As I live in the midlands the team arranged for delivery of the vehicle to my home on the Thursday. A couple of dinks that I feel the sales team should have mentioned, but in the same breath I could have driven down to view. As an overall I am very pleased with the car.
