I called set up an appointment and drove 40 miles to this shop. We signed a contract agreed on a price and then he refused to do the job after two hours of me waiting. He said he didn’t like me watching him work. He also said he didn’t like me questioning his Placement of an external transmission cooler on my truck. Not only was just a complete waste of my time. Extremely disappointed with this mechanic. I brought my car in for service and ended up dealing with poor workmanship, overcharging, and unprofessional behavior. When I raised my concerns, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this shop — look elsewhere for honest and reliable service. Also the owner is a very neurotic person that I don’t recommend to deal with at all. His attitude lacks any basic decency. Extremely vulgar and disrespectful.
Whoever runs your Facebook page should be more professional. My daughter and son run our business very well, there shouldn’t be no name calling nor speaking to my workers with attitude. Please hire better people or be a professional.
Not sure who runs the Facebook page but is this how you talk to other people?? They didn’t specify what door they needed and called the office yelling at one of the workers. Please don’t do business with them ! I blocked him after and then he sent the first screenshot to my coworker. Our business runs perfectly fine, you should learn manners and be more professional.
