What a wonderful experience with a physician! Dr. Lalitha Bhogineni was professional, caring, attentive, thorough and seemed truly interested in my health and well-being.
Update: Dr. Bhogineni is great, has always been great. My guess, though, is that since the merger with Corewell, Corewell started paying the non-medical staff less than Beaumont did, and the longer term staff in the front left. Accordingly, the service level has gone down wildly. Corewell should be ashamed of itself.
I love Dr. Bhogineni. She explains things in a way you understand, she doesn't rush through the appointment. The staff is always friendly. Dr. Bhogineni is kind and caring. She treats you as a whole person not just your symptoms.
