This is re: the Lawrence site, The Staff are ALL wonderful and I can't say enough awesome things about how great they are . Sincerely S.P. This was an awesome clinic when it was Column Health. Since it was bought out by BrightView, it went downhill. I was forced to leave the clinic after it was bought because they were no longer serving clients who didn’t struggle with substance use. The communication system was horrible. I hated their telehealth system and I hated their call center service. Everything became so rigid and unwelcoming. They wicked with their system as far as reaching out for an appt reschedule.
