Great primary care, very professional staff all around. Dr. Chen was very nice and answered all my questions, and was also very good at noticing various potential issues. Annual checkup lab process (blood draw) also went very smoothly. The facility was very clean. I think many of the negative reviews may have been during covid tests.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely horrible experience. The doctor’s are okay, but the administration and medical assistants are some of the least helpful people I’ve ever had to deal with. I have asked them multiple times for my referral I need for an MRI. They first assured me I don’t need a referral. Then the place I tried to get an MRI from said I needed a referral. Horrible they don’t answer the phone. If you have a emergency they don’t be on top of things.

The staff at this location (14 Hanover Place Brooklyn Health Medical Alliance Downtown Brooklyn ) are very unprofessional and rude. The Doctor needs to fire/hire new staff/receptionist asap or she will lose more of her patients. And, it is very upsetting that you can’t call the office directly. I won’t be coming back to this location.
