This was one of the worst experiences. 8:30 appointment and didn't see the doctor till well after 10. Spent at least two hours in the office and less than five minutes with the doctor. Unprofessional. Only two people running the office and it was basically like one other patient there. Here's the kicker, the MA wasn't confident in/ capable of taking my blood and then she messed up and sent me to Quest Diagnostics, where I was charged for what should've been simple, free and standard. Great primary care, very professional staff all around. Dr. Chen was very nice and answered all my questions, and was also very good at noticing various potential issues. Annual checkup lab process (blood draw) also went very smoothly. The facility was very clean. I think many of the negative reviews may have been during covid tests.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely horrible experience. The doctor’s are okay, but the administration and medical assistants are some of the least helpful people I’ve ever had to deal with. I have asked them multiple times for my referral I need for an MRI. They first assured me I don’t need a referral. Then the place I tried to get an MRI from said I needed a referral. Then I asked BHMA to send over the referral - which they said they would, but never did. The medical assistant also did not know how to spell the medications I w... read more
