Ben came promptly to review and quote regarding our toilet flush buttons not working well. Ben was knowledgeable kindly explained that it would be more economical to replace the cistern than replace the multiple parts needed this put us at ease that he would be able to fix it and was looking at the costings for us. Alex came and did a wonderful job professional and polite. Will definitely recommend to others

We needed a new hot water service, fast! I left a message on Ben's phone on a Thursday, and he replied a lot sooner than I expected. I explained the situation, and he said he could do the job 7.30 Monday morning. Ben ordered a new hot water service which arrived the next day, and Ben arrived at 7.25 Monday morning. 5 minutes early!
