I had a lovely experience buying my wedding dress at Anthropologie Weddings Devon! I ended up visiting three separate times, and everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful and patient, with zero pressure to buy anything. Huge shout out to Kerri in particular for helping me feel comfortable when trying on dresses and making it easier to make a final decision!
Tess was SUCH AN AMAZING stylist!!! She helped me try on some wedding dresses and she made me feel so comfortable and beautiful! She was such a sweetheart to work with and I would recommend her and the Devon location to anyone looking for their wedding dress!! Thank you so much Tess!!!
I would not recommend ordering a wedding dress from Anthropologie or this store. I placed my order with original shipping date being 4/13 and a promise I would absolutely get my dress for my May 24th wedding. I then get an email ON THE DAY it was supposed to ship out that oopsies they are running a bit behind. I contacted customer service and received a second promise that I don't need to cancel my order (that they had no problem charging me for, no oopsies there) that it would absolutely ship expedited 4/28. I worked with Alison, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I decided to go on my own and I loved Alison’s warm and kind presence. I really appreciated her guidance and expertise and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. If you’re looking for a kind, patient and supportive bestie for an hour or two, choose Alison! Worked with Kerri and she was amazing! She helped me work out sizing and re-ordering for my wedding dress. She was super professional, understanding, and supportive after I had previously been sized and ordered a dress through Philadelphia Anthropologie Wedding but when that dress arrived, it was nowhere near close to fitting, making me super nervous about reordering. She made the fitting an easy smooth experience. Definitely would recommend her!
