Maddie is amazing! She helped me find my wedding dress and veil in a very low pressure way. She showed me how each choice would look bustled, and found the perfect accessories for my top 3. She was so knowledgeable about dress styles, alterations, and sizing. The experience was very comfortable and fun!
Avoid: Body shaming staff and filthy dresses. During my appointment here, my bridal consultant said to me: "Trust me, I've been doing this a long time and I can only focus on your stomach in this dress." Yikes! I can't believe this has to be said out loud but it's not ok to make comments like this about a person's body in any context, and especially not in a bridal salon. I worked with Madison and she was an angel. Listened to all of my feedback, got me into the dress of my dreams, and was so funny and attentive with everything in between. I couldn’t have picked a better person to be my bridal consultant myself! Highly, highly recommend making an appointment with Madison!
My daughter chose a dress at BHDN Chestnut Hill. It was due to ship in one month. The week we were to receive the dress I noticed a charge on my credit card and then a credit. On Saturday I looked up the email receipt and checked the status, it said canceled. I called customer service and was on hold for 30 mins, I then called the store.
