I needed a pendant attached to a new chain and came to Bhindi- Manu ji is so professional and immediately took care of it. I was in and out within 5 minutes with a very securely attached neck chain and pendant.
Very bad customer service and they are priced way more than any jewellery shop in Bay area.. I usually shop in PNG and Tanishq, this time I wanted to check this place so I went here.. They push you to buy the jewellery and when you go for exchange/return they treat you like shit.. Spare yourself from going here..
We are glad we bumped into Jassi upon entering the store. The variety and design collection is much better than 2 other shops we had gone to before. It was our first time here in this shop. Jassi was patient, gave genuine feedback and made experience pleasant. We ended up purchasing 2 more items as we liked customer experience and the designs
