I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I went in for a service and when I picked up my car, I noticed my phone charger was missing. It’s frustrating and upsetting to know that something was taken from my vehicle while it was in their care. If a business can’t be trusted with customers’ personal belongings, how can they be trusted with the actual service? I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. Spent almost 600 dollars for air conditioning parts replacement as i was told and put the die and did everything in three visits but they were not able to fix it. Wasted 600 dollars and got nothing out of it. I was told to go to delearship for further assessment and they did not refund anything at all. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend going there at all.
I visited to install brakes for all wheels from them couple of weeks ago. They said wheel Lug nuts were over-tight. While trying to remove Lug nuts they hit with hammer and damaged my OEM rim. Even after they never accepted.
