Brent conducted an engineering assessment of my parent’s basement. His report called for carbon fiber straps where deflection was too great and missed that the other side of the wall had even worse deflection and had no corrective action called for in the report. This lead the installation company to make last minute changes that Brent would not sign off on. He came out and looked at our basement. After receiving the report from him, we obtained a quote from the company we wanted to work with. He told us that he would not come back out to check this company's work, and his words were, " If you go with them, I want no part of it." So we changed companies, and now he won't return our calls or our realtor's calls either. If you are looking for a structural engineer, I wouldn't recommend using him.

I recently had some foundation repair work done on my basement and carport, and I want to give a big shout out to Jeremy, the installer, who absolutely nailed it. Jeremy clearly takes pride in his work. He was methodical, careful, and made sure everything was solid and looked good. If you’re lucky enough to have him on your job, you’re in good hands.
