I m grateful for my counselor Ms. Michelle and the nurses are great. Especially Ms. Ericka and the head Nurse Ms. Aricka.The staff is great.
The only reason and I mean the only reason I am giving this five stars is because of my counselor Miss Ell when I I'm telling you this woman has helped me so tremendously she saved my life and my family she helped me stay clean when the actual clinic was not doing what they were supposed to be doing for instance this woman found my papers that were sitting behind the reception desk under stack of paper for almost a week a little back side story I had surgery August 25th when in August 26th and tested for a benzo well they to... read more

While i believe methadone saved my life, it’s up to you to want to keep saving it after. The staff is super kind but they only have one actual doctor that works there who isn’t even in the building everyday. What makes it better is the is the most condescending white woman I have ever spoke to (white male) treated me like a patient number and nothing else and had the audacity to act confused when I seemed upset at my treatment throughout our meeting. I go to this clinic because I needed help and the desire to recover. I overlook the bad and concentrate on the good. The staff is overwhelmed with patient loads and care. I dont expect to be babied and pitied. I listen and learn abide by the rules, stay away from the bad and concentrate on me . They give me the tools and that's all that matters. Folks complain because they don't want to do the work of recovery. Plain and simple. Great place and THANK YOU.
