Things have drastically improved overall at this BHG location since Brad became the Director. He came in and instantly made sure he got to know his patients. He cares, he genuinely cares and it is very apparent. Makeba at the front desk is just an angel and always a bright, smiling face to see in the mornings. Brad was very helpful and runs a great clinic!!
I have to share this with ya'll. The Director at this specific clinic is AWESOME! He is friendly, kind and a patient man. He never comes off with a holier than thou attitude, always willing to help. One day I pulled up to the clinic and he is outside with gloves on PICKING UP THE TRASH. I hope he stays. Thank you Brad.
