I was here I don’t remember when. The guy that does the prescriptions and has part ownership in a Bigfoot Counseling, thank you. Before I went to methadone from Suboxone, suggested that I try counseling, get out of depression and then try quitting Suboxone. I was kinda judgmental when we were talking, at the end, I told him I would try first going back to Ideal Option. I WISH I could give -5 stars. I never really do reviews and if EVER it’s positive. But this place is just downright HORRIBLE. Kim (the receptionist) could be very friendly, but god forbid you say something (anything) that rubs her the wrong way, she’ll literally straight talk down to you, make you feel like crap for no reason. I came in early one time and she was obviously just having a bad morning, and she gave everyone checking in, an attitude , she’ll yell at you and slam her window shut too.
