They are extremely disorganized and rude!! All they want is money they don't care about you!!!
I just called trying to get some information and spoke with Courtney the first call she spoke with me for a minute before transferring me to someone that didn't answer so I call back and she keeps me on hold for 16 minutes + took a screen shot then gets back on the phone with very short answers saying she doesn't know cuz she's not in lake Charles which that had nothing to do with my question
