This is specifically for the Burleson location. They do not answer calls/ text messages. For our follow up appt no one has reached out, I have called to confirm if documents were received and nothing. Called the number from the website and the appt reminder card and nothing.

As much as I would like to contribute to the great reviews, I have not been able to get anyone on the phone. It has been almost 2 weeks. I have called, left messages, and filled out inquiry online. I have even went up to the location in Lewisville personally. Nothing.
I am still with Dr. Allen in reference to PRP treatment. My skin looks beautiful and I am just amazed how my skin has rejuvenated since I have been getting the PRP microneedling treatments. Please do not wait on this! Call and schedule an appointment to preserve your looks and please ask Dr. Allen and his team to explain all their Wellness programs.
