Jared is a wonderful gentleman that went above and beyond to help me at BHFC he made sure that everything was working on the car especially the ac I’m a 53 yr old handicapped woman he didn’t scan me or lie to me he was very honest and helpful we need more people like Jared in this industry we might get better results.

Worst company ever!!!!They are fraud, they repoed my car and told me I could pay $1500 to get it back,and wouldn’t give it back because they said I called too much!!!!

Yea ive never had a car lot that is financed through bhfc. Ask the customer to go and have a job letter signed by some random business as a front to the bank thats fraud . I wont be any part of fraud i even told him I dont know soneone who would do that sort of thing so since i did not possess a fraudulant documemt they took my car . oh im going to the attotlrney general on this .

AVOID if at all possible. We are getting random additional fees added after the loan was paid before they will release the title, unsure at this point how long it will take to get the title. They do not acknowledge or respond to emails so that you have a written record of anything discussed. We have never missed a payment and have been current on insurance the entire duration of the loan so really no reason that they treated us this way or are trying to squeeze addition money out of us

NEVER give your money to these people! They are the definition of unprofessional and they LIE! Specifically a lady named ANA SOTO! They don't want to own up to the mistakes they make on their end nor try to fix them. If you communicate with them, let it be through an email and NEVER on the phone. They will tell you one thing on the phone, something will happen (that they said will not happen) and they will never own up to what THEY said and of course they won't pull the phone records. This place is Run down and they will try and repo your car no matter what your circumstance they are unprofessional and run by Young kids that look like they should work at a call center I feel like I've made a deal with credit acceptance again ugh I regret letting go of my car that was financed thru go financial thry were customer oriented professional and looked legit.

THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST POS I HAVE EVER DELT WITH! FOR ANYONE WANTING TO GO THREW THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH BULL AND UNFRIENDLY SNEAKY PEOPLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY GO BEHIND YOUR BACK. i WOULD FIND SOMEONE ELSE ASAP BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO SCREW YOU OVER MAJOR!
