Too Bad that this company can’t teach their drivers how to park legally looking at truck number 1508 with trailer BHF29 parked illegally when there’s plenty of parking what a shame wish I parked somewhere else that wouldn’t have drivers parked illegally in front of me. Here at the North Little Rock, Arkansas pilot travel center. Plenty of parking but refused to park legally.
**Review Title: Unprofessional and Unsafe** I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. The safety protocols in place are insufficient, and the staff's rude and unprofessional behavior only exacerbates the problem. It's clear they lack the necessary knowledge of laws that would help drivers, which is both concerning and unacceptable. I expected more respect and professionalism, and it's disappointing to see how poorly they handle safety and customer services
Wanted to say a huge thank you to your team for helping me last night. I discovered I’d left my wallet at home whilst on a shuttle bus to Brisbane airport to start my holiday. At 5pm on a Tuesday your team managed to get my wallet from Noosa Heads and deliver it to me at Brisbane airport. You guys were great, kept me updated and were so helpful.
