30 miles from the start of a good, boating weekend in Needles, I blew a tire, broke a leaf spring shackle, and destroyed my trailer brakes. I called several shops on a Friday and none of them answered or returned my calls. Then, Jay from BHC answered the call. Great service. Had exactly what part we needed. Only one in entire town. Met my husband on a Sunday morning when shop was closed just to get us the part we needed for our trailer. Definitely recommend him.
If you ever have trailer issues like I did GO TO BHC TRAILERS!!!!!! My mohave trip started with my trailer almost falling apart on thr way to the lake, Jay was closing in 5 min but stayed open for me, then started working on my trailer at 4 am. I was on the water the next day before noon. This shop and the people that run it are a rare breed, honest, hard working and skilled.We need more people like them in this world. Thanks again Jay .
Our trailer’s leaf springs broke and we called BHC trailers in fort Mohave the owners met us there gave us a fair price on parts then seen we were having trouble putting it on so he got his fork truck and put it on for us we tried to give him something he would not accept the money God bless Jay Vougjt
Very nice lady working the front office,I’m very sure that they could of fixed my trailer but they were super busy and I needed repairs done asap. I definitely would try them again for my Trailer needs. She did recommend a welding shop not to far away and It will be fixed on Saturday thank you BHC Trailers 👍
