Fabulous company! I had holes in my roof from fallen branches. Spent a year with another company trying to get insurance to approve a full roof. I had given up until two BHC sales guys appeared angelicly at my door(probably because my roof was obviously damaged) to ask if I needed help with it. Roof/Back Gutters BHC worked with us and our insurance company for over a year. I am breaking down my ratings on sections of experience. We had a hail/wind storm in April 2024. I believe they were recommended on the Nextdoor app. The owner answered right away and got us set up for an inspection with Keith. 5 stars for customer service and getting our claim started. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure no detail was overlooked. The quality of their work and the care they put into every step really stood out.
