I had a horrible experience with Bill, for the four weeks he service my pools they never looked this bad. He displayed limited knowledge of pool equipment with poor quality of service, he stopped answering my calls and texts when I asked him to refund my money for services not performed. Not a honest person and I would not recommend his services to anyone.
