I would advise anyone that values their health to not use this clinic. They did an EKG on my husband and told us that the results showed he had a blockage. They then referred us to his cardiologist with an urgent referral. So once the cardiologist requested the EKG results to view before the appointment, this office gave me the run around for an entire week and a half only to turn around and tell me that they shredded the results and didn’t scan them into my husband’s MyChart as they were obligated to. NOPE. Don't even think about it! The nurse practitioner I had been seeing, Laura Farley, for many years, wrote orders for lab work that cost over $500. Are you kidding me? For my annual exam lab work. At least, that is what she told me. I have been dealing with this billing issue for over 2 years. Calling the Maumelle clinic is not going to get you any answers, neither is call "BIG" Baptist as you will be transferred around-and-around-and-around until you ultimately end up like me.... OWING THEM $OME MONEY!
Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Their receptionists are dismissive and unwelcoming. It's also really difficult to get through to anyone to help with anything. I had a severe reaction to an injection that they gave me. I called at least three times and only managed to speak to someone after so many attempts.. she assured me someone would return my call. This review has been long overdue! This is the best care I’ve ever received at any clinic! When I first started going to this clinic, I had the pleasure of being treated by Nurse Practitioner, Laura Farley. She was amazing and listened to my concerns. That was the first time a NP or MD actually listened to me…It was refreshing, but she left the clinic. Then I met Dr. Nagel and let me just say…this man is AWESOME!
