I spent a few years living under BHC - The most recent building manager that myself and my carer dealt with was appalling, I can't remember their name. Her bullying tactics and unreasonable conduct in her role was a major driver to the mental health problems I was experiencing at the time. Horrible horrible company that employs sub par building services like Buildcorp that upend communities with horrific building practises and consistently violate state and federal laws on environmental and community protection safety standards. In need of a major review by a higher government regulatory body, as they do not deserve our tax payer dollars if they use them to destroy our communities and ruin people's health and wellbeing. I can't believe after 13 months looking at real estates this would be the first social housing place I would try and am told I can't rent here straight away. It has been a big decline for me from being in my own apartment for 6.5 years and I had almost 10k in the bank last year and my money is no good anywhere.
