Dear Abbey, I wanted to write to you in appreciation of all that has happened in the past 2 weeks. The building number 6 looks so good and so well designed. From the security to the lifts and their protective covers, from the meeting place on the 7th floor to the aerodynamics of a summer house. Love living at BHC. It's a comfortable, peaceful environment.
I don't think you should be able to class yourselves as affordable housing when you still put a non-negotiable standard on what people have to earn. Savings don't matter, paying more in your current rental doesn't matter. A hurtful joke of a company to people in need.
Mr Albanese needs to look closely at what BHC does if he is interested in social housing re-imagineering. The understanding, handling and results are world standard imo. I am a new tenant and can not say enough about BHC, I hope they get all the funding they can manage.
