The process was a nightmare before I ever got to my first appointment. Called to make in person appointment. They were supposed to send a link. Never did. I phoned several times, no answer. The day before I get a phone call about my on line appointment. I was very specific about in person appointment. Then she says she had wrong email. After two unanswered emails, I finally was able to get an appointment via a phone call. Their patient intake form states that you have the opportunity to ask the doctor questions and they want you to sign acknowledging that you were given that opportunity when I asked about it, I was ignored. I was skeptical about other poor reviews I had seen and now I understand why.
She thinks everyone that sees her must be a drug addict. She's very rude and judges me for taking Adderall. Even though it's a very low mg. I will be going somewhere else.
Dr. Sharma is amazing at what she does and I have much respect for her and how she helps others. She has helped me tremendously.
I’ve had such a terrible experience with Dr. Sharma. She is unreliable and unprofessional. She will be 45 min - over an hour late to scheduled appointments! (Repeatedly has happened to me over the ~2 years I’ve seen her). I’ve confronted her about this and it still continues to happen. She has left me without medications (SSRI’s and controlled substances that cause withdrawals if not taken regularly) MULTIPLE times because she has been MIA and unable to be reached - despite me leaving messages on the portal and with the offi... read more
