Really bad experience with this practice. I had a car accident, I personally reached out to them to make sure I received a bill to add to my case, they stated that i had no balance. A year later they now decide to send me a bill and want to be paid ASAP otherwise they start threatening me to send me to collections. The threats are really uncalled for and unprofessional from a doctor's office, especially since I was the one that originally reached out and have always been in communication on where my case is in litigation. I’ve been seeing Dr Bahethi for many years, I have great insurance I never use and I’m always very healthy. No medical issues, no complains, just my usual basic routine checks. I’m not a great hospital customer because of this reason since I’m not making them money and this doctor decided to give me a call while I was trying to schedule one of my usual routine checks that she will not be seeing me anymore and I should find a new doctor. Dr. Bahethi is very knowledgeable, understanding, and kind. Everything you want in a Doctor. The rest of the staff is phenomenal, and CRNP Mary Wallace is a rock star!
